Making Hybrid Clouds Work in the Real World
Hybrid clouds have emerged as the dominant architecture for enterprise cloud computing. In this new model, data centers and internal clouds support a company’s core and steady-state requirements, while external clouds provide capacity on demand for spiky apps, load/scale testing, short-term marketing campaigns, and much more.
But what if a customer’s internal infrastructure isn’t compatible with a preferred external cloud? As enterprises discover this new environment, they want to use it without barriers, and with trusted internal tools and policies.
