Shawn Henry, VP Engineering

Shawn Henry has extensive experience building world-class engineering teams to deliver complex software solutions in the enterprise and SaaS space. Most recently, Shawn was Senior Director of Engineering and Chief Architect at RSA Security (now the security division of EMC), where he built and led the team responsible for delivering the Consumer Authentication line of products. Under Shawn's leadership, the Consumer Product group grew to over $120 million in revenues and protected over 200 million online accounts.

Prior to RSA Security, Shawn ran the internet architecture group for FleetBoston Financial, where he was responsible for the application and datacenter design for internet facing banking application including both retail, commercial, and wholesale banking. Prior to Fleet, Shawn was SVP of Products at WorldStreet Corporation, a startup connecting the sales side and buy side of institutional finance. Shawn began his career at Open Environment, a successful startup which went public in 1995, was acquired by Borland, and then spun off to NetNumina Solutions, where Shawn was a founding member. Shawn graduated summa cum laude from Middlebury College with a BA in computer science.
